Best hosts: Wendy and Tony
Waldegrave, of Treghan Cottage,
Kerikeri.
In a lovely suite annexed from their
new house, the Waldegraves make
you feel right at home. A real treat
is sharing breakfast with them,
when they prove to be engaging
hosts. Tony is a well-known artist
and the home is full of his works,
which are for sale. You can even
take a peek into his studio. Maybe
they are so wonderful because they
once lived in Wellington.
